Russell, IndemCo's Underwriting Manager, has more than 30 years experience in the energy industry. In addition to surety underwriting, Russell is experienced in mergers and acquisitions and has participated in the identification, purchase, operation, management, and sale of onshore and offshore oil and gas properties. Additionally, during his banking career, he financed and managed an extensive portfolio of energy loans and commitments for one of the nation's premier energy lenders.

ED FRANK
Ed, IndemCo’s Executive Manager, has more than 30 years of experience in the energy, insurance and surety businesses and is actively engaged in turnkey drilling in addition to onshore and offshore drilling/production. His experience includes development of specialty insurances and surety products that enabled the independents to enter the Gulf of Mexico. He was the founder of Underwriters Indemnity Company and a director of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc.
