This document is only an application for a bond. Neither the completion of this application nor its submission to nor receipt by the Surety or its agent shall on its own result in the issuance of a bond, entitle the applicant to the issuance of a bond, or otherwise entitle applicant in any manner whatsoever. The issuance of any bond shall be subject to review and approval by the Surety, and approval shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Surety. Should the Surety approve the application, the issuance of any bond shall be further subject to such other conditions as Surety may require.
